Pre-orders

A pre-order is a reservation at the listed price, charged via Stripe at checkout. Orders are refundable in full any time before shipment. Delivery occurs in batches through 2027; dates are planning targets, not guarantees.

The product in development

NGARi ONE is under active development. Specifications shown are targets and may change before shipping. We will update pre-order holders if material specs change.

Warranty & returns

12-month hardware warranty. 30-day return window after receipt. Software updates are provided free for the life of the device.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the device. The device is provided "as is" except as expressly warranted.
